JetBlue Launches Flights Between New York And Bonaire

JetBlue has launched flights between New York (JFK) and Bonaire (BON). The Dutch Antilles island will see twice weekly non stop service on Tuesdays and Fridays as follows:

“Renowned for its natural beauty, pristine beaches, and warm hospitality, we are excited to launch service to Bonaire, introducing a new destination and more travel options to our customers looking for a Caribbean getaway,” said David Jehn, vice president of network planning and airline partnerships at JetBlue. “Expanding our service in the Caribbean demonstrates our commitment to continue providing our customers exceptional travel options and experiences while promoting tourism and accessibility.”

The JFK flights opens up more options to Bonaire as prior to this addition, United was the only carrier flying out of the tri-state area to the Caribbean island. Currently they fly once per week out of Newark (EWR).
