Located on the western shoreline in Durants, the Crystal Cove, Barbados re-opens its doors following extensive renovations, and will join Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio as the first all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean under that umbrella.

“Bringing Tribute Portfolio into an all-inclusive setting is an exciting moment for the brand as well as the entire Caribbean region,” said Brian King, President, Caribbean and Latin America, Marriott International. “Crystal Cove naturally captures what makes the brand so compelling – personality, creativity, and a true sense of community – while delivering the ease and inclusivity that we know travelers crave. Crystal Cove brings the Tribute Portfolio lens to island living in a way that feels fresh, connected and distinctly Barbadian.”

The 88-room hotel offers three main room types including a “Guest room”, “Junior Suite” and the largest “One Bedroom Suite”. Guests also have access to four restaurants, two of which offer both local and international cuisine. There is also the popular Cave Bar, where guests can either swim up or have a seat, sipping drinks in a literal cave. Finally, there is the coffee and wine shop.

Crystal Cove is one of four hotels previously owned by Elegant Hotels Group. In 2019, Marriott International acquired the hotel group, and started renovation works on all four properties. The other three are Treasure Beach, The House and Waves Hotel and Spa, all of which also operate as all-inclusives under the Autograph Collection.
